I am available from Mondays - Saturdays inclusive, during daytime only. My available times are as follows:-

I will be grateful if you can give me at least an hours notice for a booking. If you would like a long booking, say 2 hours or more, then please either book me the day before or give me more than an hours notice.

If you would like the first booking of a day, it is sometimes possible with just an hours notice but normally it would be better to book the day before.
